True Blood Season 2

I have started watching the second season and so far it been better.watching season one i did not think that the whole morbid vampire thing was going to fly but apparently.... the vampire thing is very in. the chemistry between the main character sookie and vampire bill is great and definitely makes for good TV.
new character Mary Ann is interesting and she bring some mystery and sam merlotte past is revealed.

am looking forward to more blood and gore

Glee update

i have been watch glee for couple of weeks now and other than the songs i don't get the show. the story lines are terrible. all the lying and plotting are so lame. i hope it is not a mama mia type situation where story is insignificant and only there for the songs to appear.

i hope some thing happens soooon or will stop watching it

Screenwipe Review of 2009

I was just watching screen wipe review of 2009.I have to say it is the most brilliant show on TV. who ever does the writing for this show is absolutely amazing and Charlie Brooker is amazing in showing his absolute disgust at what has become normal mainstream TV.

90210

I am on the second season of 90210.i really don't know why they resurrected something that died in the 90's and should have stayed dead. the plot is nonexistent and the characters are weak and absolutely annoying. only reason i am still watching is that i am a sucker for the California scenery....not that most of us will ever live the fab life in exclusive area code.

Burn Notice

I am currently watch the second season of burn notice. The episodes always start up with Ariel view of Miami along side view of scantly clad females to rise up the excitement of what is a rather dull show. There are few moments that are dull and then there is the script that is full of interesting details. In fact some of the script reads like a how to guide on spying. It gives you insight into how bad guys work. Living in a middle class existence who are the viewing demographic, we don't come across what a spy come across.

The lead character played by Jeffery Donovan is a likable guy...as a burnt (basically out of service)spy his helping nature is just what the rest of the world is missing...spoon full of compassion . the lead female character Gabrielle Anwar with her fake tan and slinky outfits comes across so wooded and lifeless. its amazing she is still alive after tackling bad guy in high heels.

then there is Sharon Gless who plays the overtly concerned mother who Micheal has to deal with on his stay in Miami.

We are basically invited into the world of 007 who has lost his connection with the MI6 and is stuck in Miami and he is using his training and all the info that he has acquired for a humanitarian cause

The reasons why i am still watching this show

• Miami esp the Ariel view and beach views
• interesting script
• jeff donovan (very likable and has potential to do better things)

Glee

I was looking forward to watch glee today. It turns out to be a TV version on high school musical produced by the same guy who made nip/tuck (Ryan Murphy). the main characters are similar to that of HSM. the guy is a jock and girl is a geek.the girl character though likable has a dark side which is ambitious. only difference is that the story is being told by a choir teacher who has issues of his own. i think i will be more interested in seeing the kids story that the adult story. then there is the singing which is probably the best bit.the series will start in Jan 10. looking forward to it

the reasons why i will be looking forward tot it

• The singing (glee covers of old and new hits)
• with Ryan Murphy you can always expect it to be edgy but in a funny way
• the characters all have a deep and a shallow side
